mine was 14% according to a calculator, but I've been eating and eating and trying to gain a lot of mass so it's probly a little higher, but I'm going to drop it right back off once basketball season starts.

I checked mine and I am now 15%, but need to stay below 10%. Here is a question. I am trying to gain muscle mass (I eat 2500 calories/day GOOD FOOD not junk) and read in "The Testosterone Advantage Plan" that cardio training (The only excersice i know to reduce fat) kind of burn fat but also muscle, so I am confused.
I want to keep gaining muscle mass, but taking that 15% down. Any suggestions?

19% according to online calculator. Much room for error.
