Few days ago my friends talked about upper/lower body training system. One of them said, with this kind of training, a person will get a good abs and this type of training is best for overweight people. Is it true? How about other type of traing e.g -pull/push -three body parts(leg,chest-shoulder-triceps,back-biceps-forearm) -others.... do we have a particular type of training for certain type of people/target?

I usually ignore typos ravenwolf but I can't pass this one up. He's going to be a tired puppy if he does cardio 3 to 4 times a day. :)
