Hey guys, I'm a 19 year old guy with an odd problem. I seem to have woman like hips, which are curvy like a woman?s, for some reason. Maybe it?s my genetics or something.

I really want to get rid of this problem and obtain a stocky broad frame. What do you think would help my waist to thicken up causing a stocky frame? Will working my Obliques help?

Any advice would be great, as I hate my dumb ass hips and waist.

I think that exercises like squats, lunges and deadlifts will help you far more than oblique work.

Gaining muscle overall is your best bet. This will balance things out. Hard to do anything about a 'spot'. I would advise compound exercises, heavy weight, and good rest.
