Just got this book and all I have to say is "WOW"! I totally reccomend this to any beginners that are looking for technical advice regarding specific muscles and variations on exercises to isolate ceartin groups. I realized immediatly that I have been doing not only deadlifts incorrectly but also abs, shoulders and biceps.
Great book guys, just thought I'd share. The illustations are also awsome.

Thanks clandress, I just picked up a copy and it is damn cool. I have been working with a trainer for a while and haven't had to think too much about a routine. Now that I will be training on my own in the near future this is certainly going to be my bible.
