Hey just wondering if you every do a boot-camp routine work out, something very physically intense??? I hear of alot of people joining work out boot camps.....Just wondering... I also found this diet, that you do for 3 days and lose 10 Lbs......I feel like im hungrier than before, since i started working out, is that good or bad????:cool:

Those miracle diets are generally full of BS. For many it's an all liquid diet, and as soon as you eat real food again the weight comes back.
The hunger is very natural, which is why it's important that your diet is consists of good quality calories. Don't waste calories(not saying you do) on things like soda or other empty calories. It's also good to have lower calorie filler foods like side salads, or small baked potatoes with meals to get that full feeling.
