I'm halfway into the 8 week muscle-mass program, and today it came to flat b/b bench presses (which I haven't done for about 4 weeks) and I now am struggling with weights I used to be able to find easy.Is this the norm??? or am I just doing something wrong???

thanks!!!

Whew, I thought you meant blood pressure problems..
Maybe you are not allowing enough recovery time? What kind of split does your program have you on?

I'm not sure what 'SPLIT' means, but the flat b/p's are the second type of chest exercises out of a set of 3.I've just looked and found that flat b/p's are down for every week for the rest of the program, so maybe this will give me chance to get back on top.?

Split is which muscle groups you work, on what days. How many days on, how many off.
Order of exercises can certainly affect strength, I cabn bench a lot more if that is my first chest exercise, when I am fresh, then if it is my second or last exercise, that is just normal fatigue.
Make sure you are resting at least a minute inbetween sets, wlak around, drink some water. That will help, too.
When youi are building mass and lifting heavier, you need more rest time inbetwen sets.
