Here and to working out. I am 26 years old. I am 5'4" and weigh 168 lbs. I joined the gym less than a week ago. I was weighed there. She also said my BF was 35%. I am very much out of shape. But I am serious about this.
I already have so much more energy.
I am trying to learn how to eat properly and how to exercise properly. I am not afraid of hard work.
My goals are first to get my BF to a healthy %. I am thinking I need to lose about 40 pounds.
As far as weight training..I want to increase my strength and I do want to be toned. But I am not wanting to be extremely muscular.
From what I see this site is absolutely awesome.
And if I am not wanting to get bulky is this site good for me or is it geared more towards bodybuilding?
Anyway look forward to getting to know you all better.

For your goals you'll find the site really helpful. Whether you're a bodybuilder or just trying to get into shape (like us).
What I find interesting is that even though I am not bodybuilding, picking up the theory behind it helps me understand some of the ways to achieve my goals due to a better understanding of the whole nutricion/exercise process.
