just found this site.dont know where to start.i'm a roughneck so for 2 wks 12 hrs a day i work really hard.then i'm off 2wks.i've always been skinny and still am other than this huge gut i've developed. i want to gain muscle but also want to get rid of this gut.i know i have to change my eatin habits.i've ate as much as i want all my life (38 now).should i get rid of this gut then build up.or is it possible to build up AND do cardio?
