Hi I am brand new to this site. My husband signed me up. I will introduce myself. My member ID is janjess but you can call me jj if you like. I am a wife and mother of 2. I work full time outside the home. I started weight watchers back during the spring and have lost 30 lbs so far. I wanted to excercise with my husband so I decided to start light weight training. It can help me tone as I loose and gain some strength. I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on how to better use this sight and get the most out of it. I wanted to know if there is anyone who can help me modify the plan I was given to better accoplish my goal. Thanks and I hope to here from you soon!

welcome jj. the best way to really get to know this site is to browse. Go to each area and review what is available to you. There are sights that will offer you advise on how to modify your training, that is if you want to do a different excercise than the one given. Browse and you will better understand the site. I can't get back to the free.trainers ft as I am now using the FT professional. Good Luck on your goals.
