Hello,
Brand new here, My names Doug, i'm 25 and I just started going to the gym last night. I'm currently 5'7'' and about 235 lbs. My goal is about 180 lbs, simply because i have Broad shoulders of a football player, and a huge chest. I had a personal trainer, and last night he worked me until i got sick. I'm trying to get myself into a routine. I can barely even move this morning and I'm trying to push myself and go 5 days a week. Also what should i be eating, calorie wise, and are there anything besides calories I should be looking for to count? Ive been down to 180 in the past and I was VERY HAPPY with how I look at that weight. What type of exercises should I be doing, How many days should I go. how many calories should I be eating, how much sugar should I stay under, Will Coke and pepsi just destroy me? Please give me as much info as you can, I'm really goal oriented but some more tools in my toolbox would help me a lot, and would help me understand what limits I should be setting for myself
