well i'm new to the world of fitness. this will be my first ever atempt @ working out.. if any of you have any sugestions to keep me motavated drop me a line please

start slow and do not expect results quickly just keep at it and you will see results don't depend a on a scale for progress rely on the mirror and your clothes. The best judges of progress are others when people start to comment. Good luck

Don't let yourself make excusses for not working out "I'll do it tomarrow, I'm to tired today, West Wing is on , ect.." on days like these I find that if I at least start my routine the rest just falls into place. I always feel better about myself after working out on these days. Its a mind over matter thing. Be sure to fill out a profile. Good luck. We are always here for motivation.
