My question is I LOVE BREAD! i have since watched my intake to 1-2 times a week. And those time it is NOT whole wheat or grain. It is a biscuit for breakfast or a sandwhich or hhmm garlic bread! What is the true skinny on bread because this is PURE Torture.:(

why is white bread in your house??
why is it bad because there is nothing in it that is good for your body. White flour turns to sugar which stores as fat ASAP.
I found that if I don't eat any of it then after a few days I don't crave it anymore.
Exactly, keep nothing but whole grain in your house and you should be fine. Still yet, that doesn't give you an all day pass to eat all the bread you want. Moderation is key. If your trying to lose even more so.
