Hey, I'm sure alot of you use this recipe but I enjoyed it and thought I'd share.
As many egg whites as you want with 1 or 2 whole eggs
cinnamon
splenda
Spray butter
low carb or sugar free maple syrup
All you do is whisk the eggs, cinnamon and Splenda together and pour into a pan and cook like an omelet. I like to make several thin sheets instead of 1 thick sheet. But a few squirts of spray butter along with syrup. It's pretty good and if you're craving something sweet it really hits the spot!
