I usually dont eat breakfast because its too early i think to eat, but if i ate like a krave bar or like a cerial bar would that help me loose weight or am i better off not eating breakfast and getting no weight gain becuase i usually cant eat in the morning...

You have to eat in the morning... sorry to tell ya, but you have to put some food into you after nothing for 6 to 8 or how ever many hours you've slept...
Not eating properly will affect weight gain/loss in a negative way. If you starve yourself, your body kicks into survival mode and starts storing fat and before you know it, you've gained weight.
Also, being as you are 15, you're body is still growing.. nutrition is very important....

you need to eat to lose weight.
stop eating will make you not to lose fat. thats scintifically prouved.
what you need to do is eat 6 small meals a day,
small balanced meal. and breakfast is the more important one: your body hasnt eat anything.
thats really bad for you and your muscles.

I've always had problems eating in the morning. I'm just not hungy then. My solution is a meal replacement (like Ensure or a protien shake). That way I can drink it down, it has all my vitamins in it, and it jump starts my metabolism for the day. They are very low calorie if that concerns you. I have my second breakfast around 10am, another shake with some cottage cheese and a piece of fruit. This has REALLY helped with my weight loss. :)

Eating in the morning actually primes your metabolism for the day. A big mistake not eating.

It is the most important meal of the day. Break- Fast.
Helps you think better, prevents depression, prevents eating more calories at lunch, also helps you count backwards better.
A simple breakfast can be 1/2 a whole wheat bagel, 2 tsp light cream cheese, a hard boiled egg, thats not so hard to do, or some good quality cereal with a bannana.

here is a trick to be hungry in the morning. I always thought I wasn't hungry then either until I quit eating late at night. Seriously, by eating dinner and then not snacking (or maybe a tiny snack) before bed time, when I woke up I was ready to eat. Of course I got off track for a while, but now one of the most important things I think for getting on track is being hungry in the morning. If I eat a big breakfast then I can snack around 10:30 and eat lunch at 1, and then eat a snack before exercising after work and then a light dinner afterwards to help me end the day. I eat mostly veggies and protein for dinner.

Taking your daily supplement at night before bed will increase your appetite in the AM.
Well, as long as you don't head straight for your coffee pot before the cabinets like me.
