I am never, EVER hungry when I wake up in the morning, so managing to get breakfast in is a huge struggle for me. It seems like the most I can handle eating that early is some whole wheat toast and maybe fruit, but based on the diet plans I see it seems like that's not enough. Does anyone else have this problem?

I am adapting as I go.
Your body requires fuel when you wake up - it's a matter of ensuring you feed it the right things.
I am now having a whey isolate shake as I drive to the gym. Second shake of the same after my workout. Then some fruit (which fruit depends on the time of year) and a cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal.
As kakaroto points out - it does make a difference if you're working out, how hard, and when in the day. I hit the gym at 5:30am.
Offer some more info.

just a thought.. what time do you get up and then try to eat... cause I am the same way, but what I do is I get up between 630 and 7, but I dont actually eat until about 8... gives myself time to wake up and my children to wake up as well!! That way by then I am usually ready to eat.. but I know some ppl cant wait an hr they have to either go to work or something, but just thought that might help...
-------------- God wont give you anything you cant handle!
