I started combining these ingredients when I was doing a contest prep. Eatting eggs, oatmeal, and berries in the morning seemed bland and I was tired of it. SOOOOOOOo..... I combined all of it.
5 egg whites
1/4 Cup oatmeal (steel cut)...and I personal like it in the blender ground into a powder
1/3 cup blue berries
2 splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
can also use vanilla
I whip all of these in a bowl and use coconut oil in my skillet to fry like a pancake. It looks and tastes like a pancake. You can use sugar free syrup..MODERATION. Also you can make these up in advance so you can pop one in the microwave in the morning. Enjoy!!
