I was just wondering how your breakfast breaks down nutritionally if you are trying to gain muscle. How many cals, fat, carbs, and protein is your usual breakfast? Even if your not trying to gain muscle, what should your breakfast consist of nutritionally?

I am not shure of the break down but this is what my normal breakfast looks like.
6am wake up whey shake
7am 9 egg whites,2 slices wheat toast, bowl of oats
8am protein blend shake,animal pak.
9am time to work out.
days when I get out of work at 7am
3 egg whites,2 slices toast, blended protein shake then off to bed for the day.
-------------- I am that
which must be feared, worshipped and adored. The world is mine
now and forever. No one holds command over me. No man. No god. I am ANIMAL! and that is enough.

mmadibohm. Is that it just for the day? Or is that it just for the morning? That doesn't seem like a whole lot. Do you work night shifts?

1350cal, 200g of carbs, 68g of protein, 25g of fat and 33.8oz of water with 3g of Creatine Ethyl Ester.

dacapo,
This is waaaay to many calories for a single meal! You will throw your body into shock - it will not be able to use all of the nutrients/calories effectively. Try splitting it into two meals - your body will burn the calories and absorb the good stuff with more efficiency.
