My breasts are fine but I would like them to be more firm and supple. Any suggestions of supplements that actually work and arent gimmicks? What are the best ones?

Breast enhancement supplements might as well be called "fat enhancing supplements". More Breast = More fat.. kind of counterproductive to eating right and exercising in order to burn off the fat!
Unfortunately 'firm breasts' is not a google search I am willing to perform at the office today. But I am reasonably confident that, while exercises can firm up the muscles, and good nutrition/water intake can firm up the skin, you can't really firm up fat.
You can gain it, or lose it, or get some salt water to replace it! :)

I actually went into GNC once and asked the manager about the various enhancement supplements they carry and he said that if you work out on a regular basis that taking them will just be a waste of money because the pills cause you to gain weight and the work out will burn the fat off just as fast as the pills make your body put it on.

Yep, that is what your breasts are, fatty tissue. Just think...men go ga-ga over a mound of fat.:surprised:
If you are looking for suppleness with your skin, you can try various creams for that. I don't know how old you are, but as we age, out the window goes the elasticity of our skin...treating the skin in your breast area with a little extra TLC never hurts!

A company called Natural Project has come up with two products for the chest.
One is a cream:

And a new one is in pill form (haven't got the link).
I think cream, massage and extra hydration can do wonders.
