Hey ladies,
Im 15 years old, 5'2" tall and weigh 140 pounds. Ive been going to the gym on a regular basis for about 4 months now. Up until recently, my reasons for working out were just to remain fit but lately, Ive been wanting to lose some weight.
MY QUESTION IS:
How will my breast size (36 D) be affected by my weight loss?
My sister and mother also have fairly large chests (it runs on both sides of the family) and I do not wish to reduce my breast size because, frankly, I like them.
Ive heard that eating dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cheese etc. help to keep fat in all the right places (chest, hips & butt) and was just wondering if it were true or if there were anything else I could do to save my babies:big_smile:.
thanks for your time!

I knew this girl in high school, she was about fifty pounds overweight and had a huge chest and she told everyone that she refused to diet because she wanted to keep her size. Fact is, as many posts mention, breasts are made from fatty tissue - when you lose weight you lose fat from all areas and you cannot prevent your body from doing so. Some lose more than others, it is hard to say, but I think what is very important is your health and being healthy is more important than big breasts when it comes down to it. Eating fatty products gives you fat everywhere, your body doesn't say, "Hey, send this to the breasts" when it eats some yogurt.

Hang in there and know that your health is what is of utmost importance and that is what will make you shine and stand out. It is up to you to decide what is important and of priority, you may not lose much, then again you may, no one can tell you for sure. Good luck to you and I hope you are happy with you - no matter how big or how little you are!!

You'll loose a little chest but you'll get a body soooo much healthier and more fit. Your choice. :)

Baby Girl,
If I could loose some that would be my first choice. Don't be afraid to get smaller, they often increase as you get older. Trust me I was your size at 15, now I am 42DD (down from 46DDD)
