i'm not really a new mom, but while i was pregnant i went from an A to a D and while breasts feeding i was almost a DD now i'm back down to a C and my breasts sag, and i have been nicked named ski slopes because of it, what can i do to purk them up a bit??

Dachund-ears is worse. Heard that term once and lmao.
A pull-over is like a tricep extention over your head with a dumbbell, but you lay down on a bench and pull from your full arm (getting your chest area).
I'm sure there's a much better description somewhere here under exercises - i wouldnt want ya to get hurt. Look there, Im sure it'd describe it better.

Don't know that this will help by 55 year old chest, but I am will to try just about anything, short of surgery.

you can also use firming cream, there are plenty choices out there as well which will help.
