This one is for all the other pasta fiends out there. A Canadian company called Tinkyada makes pasta out of whole brown rice flour. Brown rice and water are the only ingredients, no gluten, fat or sodium (certified organic and kosher). If you cook it right, it's pretty good. This stuff saved my life when I was pre-contest. I have found several pastas made from brown rice flour at Trader Joe's, Wild Oats Market and even my local Basha's. When I eliminated wheat and corn from my diet, these were life savers. I also kept on hand rice flour for cooking with. There are lots of alternatives out there, it just takes some time and research to find them.
