Howdy, I started a light routine at a fitness club last week. I've been doing some of the machines, nothing very heavy at all. I have almost identical bruises on each arm at the outside of my biceps. Funny thing is none of the machines I've used contct me there, and nothing to my recolection has struck me. They are almost identical and in the same place on each arm. Any ideas?

Maybe bad blood circulation? You stretch and drink enough water? Does it hurt a lot? Is it near the joint of the elbow or more up towards the shoulder?

Thanks, I do stretch and hydrate, they are right in the middle, between the shoulder and elbow, kinda where the tricep wraps toward the front of the arm

i had those after i did some bicep curls on the machine at the gym weird they went away though......unsolved mystery i guess....
