I'm currently in Iraq, and started the Brute Strength Program from Flex mag. We don't have access to month 2 which is in the April flex. I was wondering if anyone had it and could send it to us? Thanks alot and Semper FI.

Month Two Training Split:

Day1: Pull workout
Day2: Rest
Day3: Lower-body worrkout
Day4: Pull-assist workout
Day5: Push workout
Day6: Rest
Day7: Rest

Pull workout:

Deadlifts :80%5 sets 8-10 reps-do 2-3 forced reps last set
Chins:3 sets 8-10 reps-do 2-3 forced reps last set
Barbell Rows:3 sets 8-10 reps-do 2-3 forced reps last set
Barbell Curls:3 sets 8-10reps-do 2-3 forced reps last set
Preacher Curls:3 sets 8-10reps-do 2-3forced reps last set
Reverse crunches:4 sets of 12-15

Lower-body workout:
Squats:80% 5sets 8-10reps,2-3 forced reps on last set
Leg presses:3sets 8-10reps,2-3 forced reps on last set
Leg extensions:3sets 8-10reps,2-3 forced reps on last set
Leg curls:3sets 8-10reps,2-3 forced reps on last set
Leg-press calf raises:4sets 15-20 reps

Push Workout:

Bench Presses:80% 5sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps on last set
Incline dumbell presses:3sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps^
Dumbell shoulder presses:3sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps^
Lateral raises:3sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps on last set
Seated french presses:3sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps^
Dips:3sets 8-10 reps,2-3forced reps on last set
Cable Crunches: 4sets 12-15 reps-2-3 forced reps on last set
