I am 267 lb's and want to loose 100lb's in a year. I you could provide any tips and suggestion's you guys have used to help kickstart your health of awesomness journey it would be great!
I am just starting out as my apartment has a small 24/7 gym. This is a fairly new journey so I know I will have mishap's and everyone's journey is not the same. Really need tips for eating, free wight's and drinking plenty of water.
If you wanna lose weight then start gaining muscle. Trust me on this. I just read this online and scientists have proven it. when u gain muscle ur metabolism increases. which leads to your body to use more energy. Fat=Enegy. So the more muscle you have the more fat you lose. And if you add that to cardio. you can lose a lot of fat.
