I am new to working out and I need some help. Does anyone have a good workout plan for someonne that is skinny? I mean real skinny, 140 and 6f2. Thanks.:)

try a program on here, mass one I think its 12 weeks that wil give you a good foundation, then come back and ask some more questions after your "in shape" to get 'in shape" lol

beef-up, like bigandrew said, start out with one of the FT programs. There's a Mass program for beginners and intermediate and then there's a separate one for advanced which is 12 weeks. Before you start the program, clean up your diet. Get involved in the diets and recipes board and do some fitBuddy searches. You gain mass first in the kitchen then in the gym.
