Hello, I am following the weight loss/definition program from here. I feel like i am building muscle but it looks like i am building it over fat? Is this possible?
I feel like I look toned but larger then before...
My arms look bigger...
Any comments?

i've heard of putting fat on top of muscle, but never the opposite, you are probably just not used to seeing yourself with muscle:)

Your body changes slowly. Sounds like you may have to take a look at your diet. It may be conducive to muscle gain, and not fat loss.

However, give it time, as when the body changes, it sometimes does so in what looks like a negative way before the positives show. You should be able to do both in the beginning.

I know it sounds odd, but in the beginning it is quite possible to "appear" to be gaining before the results you are looking for show.
