Hi, I am a 41 year old female and I want to lose belly fat. Should I start muscle building exercises to burn fat before doing any cardio exercises? Will dumbbells help?

I'd say do both, but on alternate days. Start slow and build up. Avoid starchy foods and sweets. Drink plenty of water.
