Hello all! New here can someone provide, helpful tips.Im trying to, find what is the best for me im 5"9 180lbs supplements are Weider Megamass2000, HMB capsules, L glutamine powder form and multivitamin.Have been bulking but feel kind of cautious in the extra pounds that I have been gaining don't want to look like a blimp. Train twice a week. plz help........:surprised:

Fill out your profile, do some research.
Train twice a week? Are you a beginner at lifting? What is your diet like? What is your cardio routine?

Thanks im a newbie I will post my profile, just started adding protein and supplemants to my lifestyle and trying to cut back on the devil foods out there.Just find it difficult to eat so many meals a day not to mention that when im at work I don't have time to eat every 2 hours....so my face reads fastfood all over it..sorry for the bio!
