I bought a couple products..my goal is to lose some weight with losin much of my muscle...i bought a diet pill(lipro) i also got a multivitiam,glutimine,protein, and creatine...
Can someone tell me what order and what i take at what time...i work out 5am-645am then work 7-5 cardio 7-8..please help me out!

Take your multi vit in the am with your first meal.you can take 5g of creatine before your workout, and another 5 after your workout with the protein and glutamine. I am not sure about the "diet pills". If the main ingredient is green tea, or caffein, take it before your workout in the am.

Thanks..but the mulitvitiam is animal pak...is that a good brand??

don't take the diet pill before bed......if not you will/might have some trouble sleeping. Cause of the caffine / green tea. take it about 30mins or so before you work out.....

Thanks big andrew also is it ok to do cardio at night like 7pmish then in the morning cause i work 7-5 i work out 5am-645 but no time for cardio...?
