i need too build up my calves ive been doing lunges as i only have free weights any ideas ? my legs are slightly smaller thatthe rest of me and looks out of proportion

Try toe presses on the inverted leg press as well; have a look at www.exrx.net too for motion pictures of form :D

Toe presses work great, also try the stepping machine, using your toes.
