Can someone give me some advice of how to build up my chest? Is push up usefull? I don't go to gym. Any idea of building my chest using weights? And how bout building 6 packs? Is sit ups usefull too? Well, I'm a beginner, so I need heaps of advice...

Push-ups can help to build up the chest to an extent, however, the most effective way is with weights, bench presses with barbell or dumbell will help. You can use one of the designed weight programs on the site, which you can have focus on your chest. Building six packs is 85% your diet. There are also programs here to assist you in building your abs.

As well as presses, dumbell fly's can produce some serious results in your chest. Usually in the seperation and definition. The reason I like dumbells over a machine is that you can really stretch your chest out and that helps with the mass gain aswell.
