Over the last months I have build up a quite solid upper body. Now I would like to have some kick ass legs if you know what I mean!.
My problem is that I have a bad knee which I gotta take care off. My knee gets enough work at playing rugby, so more stress from the gym is more then it can handle.
Any tips on how I can build my legs big while being soft on the knees?
