im 16 and i workout for about 8 months i weighed 130 for the longest and my ribs showed since then im 140 my max is 175 and im some what bulit i used to take creatine but not sure if thats the right thing to take can some one tell me whats the best supplement to take to help gain mass
Start increasing your calories. You must have a caloric excess to gain muscle/weight. Forget thinking there is some majic supplement out there that will do if for you. Even the most potent supplements will do nothing without calories to work with.
