I am not sure what I should be using for a bulking macro. I was thinking along the lines of 35/40/25 P/C/F spread out over 3100 calories (approx 250/300/80g a day). Does that seem like a good start?
I think that the protein is good, but the carbs are not as high as they should be on a bulking diet. Perhaps the fat is too high as well. Try subsituting the equivalent of 20 grams of fat with carbohydrates. Just a suggestion though. Hope this helps.
