I've been following a diet since November, 2003. I was doing really good and not cheating much, but when it came to my cheat meal they slowly became cheat days. After the Christmas holiday I have been finding it really difficult for me to get back into my diet. Lately I've been having a cheat meal every day. I worked really hard to lose the weight of ten pounds and I don't want to gain any of it back. It's not just my diet that's lacking but my exercise to. I was just getting back into the swing of things recently. . .then a very stressful situation hit that's going to be stressing me out until at least late Feb. I'm getting stress cravings and want to eat everything that's bad for me. I really don't know what to do. I want to stick to my routines, but everything seems to be going wrong. Can anyone help in any way?
In situations like that it really all comes down to willpower to begin with. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step." After that it becomes a bit easier. Remember, exercise tends to help with stress and getting back on your diet and exercise regimen may help you tremendously in that area. I wish I could offer more. Good Luck
