Usually during basketball season I can loose alot of weight and yes some of it is muscle which is not what I need. For the past two weeks however I have bumped my protein to 180 grams a day and have put on 4 pounds!!! I have never added weight EVER during a basketball season. I try to eat alot eventhough it isnt always healthy. I am actually bulking during basketball. I just cant believe it.
