I read a post that said if I get up in the morning, get on the treadmill or bike, or whatever cardio machine I choose,do this for 60 minutes, I will burn this last 25 to 30 pounds I have??? Can this be done in 3 months? I have already lost 59 pounds since Sept. 2004. I eat well, and drink a lot of water. Do I need to be doing weight resistance at this point if my real goal is to lose the fat??
