Is it basically a squat thrust? Does anyone know how to do these correct, and does it actually work? Like make me bigger than regular curling and benching and all that? I am sick of all that i've been doing it for 4 years, 5 days a week, and I won't stop lifting but I want to try something new. Is there like a diagram of them or something?
