I travel a lot of the time. Any good breakfast ideas that I could take with me other than those nutrition bars or shakes? I used to bring Oatmeal packs with me but they tire me out.

Make some baggies with high-fiber cereal that you like, some almonds, a little dried fruit.
Try some of the different protein chips and stuff, I don't particularily like them, but my training partenr raved about the garlic parmesan ones.
you could do a small jar of nut butter, some wasa crisp and apples (they keep well w/o refrigeration).
Small pop-tops cans of fruit? small boxes of cereal?
I am fishhing in my brain..
There are some pretty decent flavors in those no-water tuna pouches. I find fish for breakfast isn't too bad in a pinch.
If you packed a mini-cooler your options could expand even more - hard-boiled eggs keep well, lowfat string cheese, cut veggies, etcetera..
hope some of it helps!

Thanks very much for this I do appreciate it.
I really like the dried fruit idea. I totally forgot about it. and the Wasa Crips, nut butter and apples sound great!
You are very creative and thanks for taking the time out to "fish in your brain"
