Last night at the gym I did some intense hack squats with a lot of weight. When I got home I had a few bright streaks up busted capolaries on both shoulders. I've also done this before on my triceps. Anyone else experienced the same thing and any advice. Thanks

I used to get them all the time on my shoulders from football (hitting people and getting hit). I still get red marks on my back near my shoulder blades after my heavy bench day; they usually go away in 24-48 hrs. My bench is pretty hard and add 300lb+ on that and I guess its inevitable.

You should be okey. Just let your body time enough to recover (or you could worsen it)

yea, i get the same from squating. capillaries are too small, its just your veins that are getting ruptured which leads to the leak of blood, redness and heat in that area. you'll be fine, nothing to worry about.

I get them after benching and squats no need to worry they do not hurt and will fade
