hey ladies i was wondering if you could offer some advice here. i know squats, lunges, etc. are great for your rear but do u know of any exercises to create a rounder looking butt? my butt is on the flatter side and i'm getting the vibe that genetics have to do with it but if u could offer advice that would be great. thanx :)

The squat is the best exercise to create a nicer looking butt. Think of pushing with the heels, put your feet around 10 centimers (4 inches) more in front of you (not too much though otherwise you're risking hurting your lower back) and if you keep your feet (almost) together you'll work a little more with the "outer side" of your legs (legs wide apart it's the contrary). Take moderate heavy but instead lots of repetitions (15-20). It's the same with the StairMaster ladies! Think of pushing with the heels and not the front of your feet, and you'll all get a nicer butt!!! (o:

Hello Wake I'm Bill...My girlfriend has the same bottom as you and I have had her doing bottom squats or full squats and she loves the feel and the results. Use a narrow and a wide stance and go way way down. Never bounce to save the knees and cotract (tighten) the muscles and come back up. She does several sets and swears by them...Good luck....!

Here you go Bill thank you, I needed the english words to explain that lol. Truly Wake, it's the very best exercise for the butt. You'll scream out while doing them (it hurts!!) but you'll be happy looking at yourself in the mirror afterwards!

Bill is the man, that will definately give you the rounder booty your looking for!! Bring those squats way down parallel--some go deeper--I,m afraid it'll wreck my knees. Good luck in becoming bootylicious!!!!!

Do some cable kickbacks and hyperextentions. That should "round you out"

Yup...squats, lunges (squeeze your glutes when coming up) and cable kickbacks will work....
Good Luck!
