Butt exercises ASAP

Hi, my name is Emily, and I really need to work on my big booty. Does anyone know of some exercises that really target that area? Thanks!

Hey Emily!

Well I know freetrainers have a but and thighs program.. I haven't used it but I'm sure it is designed to work. But to work your rear end I would suggest:

Lungs, leg presses (one leg at a time), deep free squats, leg-kicks and then cardio!

Remember that diet will also play a large role in achieving this goal.

IIIIlike big butts And can not Lie. Butt seriously,doing butt exercises specfically will build your butt up more . not to say you shouldn't do butt exercices , butt what you need is a full body workout with lots of cardio. the more muscle you put on the more calories your body burns. by building your upper body you'll proportion out and your butt won't appear big

Do lunges, do Isometrics (tighten up your but and hold as long as you can), Straight leg lifts and Cardio. Do Not use a stair master because it will make your but larger.
