i need 2 get a bench at home (for chest excercises) and i dont really know exactly what 2 get. I need a pretty cheap one and just a simple one as all i will be doin is lying on it or sittin doin chest exercises (cant remember names im quite new 2 working out). So not like any bench systems or anything, but one with a few good functions where i can do the majority of excercises. Anyone know any good links to ones that u think would be great for me?(which deliver to UK)
thnx

www.ebay.com is your best friend for buying anything. They'll have any type of bench more than likely. Benches aren't very much, but then there not very cheap. But ebay's your best bet.

buy one that's adjustable...flat, incline, decline...

look for used benches in good condition...best value bets...

Double check the packaging on the decline. I thought mine did but it doesn't it only has incline and flat capabilities.
Now I can't do decline bench presses, etc. :(
