dang. Ive been workin out for like 3 months and i nearly didnt rest a week before beginning my powerlifting routine. That coulda been dumb. Welp, i go on my rest week next week, then i hit the weights hard the following week (god help me).

Keep yourself busy and dont stray off from your diet. I know when I was only working out 3 times a week on the days I didnt workout I would stray from my diet. Im scared about my week off as well. Afraid I will lose motivation and not want to go back into lifting.

Trust me that week off will make you want it even more...just rest light cardio or play a sport etc...just rest:cool:
