I have been doing the diet thread that bbfit posted about carb/calorie cycyling...this is what I calculated for myself, does it sound right?

Day 1 and 2 and 3:
Carbs : 77.5 g
Protien: 310 g
Calories: 1550

Day 4:
Carbs: 237 ( seems like ALOT!)
Protien: 232.5
Calories: 2480

Any input would be great, this is from 155 lbs.. the goal is to loose 10 lbs.

From what I underdtand, you have a high carb day to keep your body from going into starvation mode and storing fat.
