Ok, I see quite a few folks have gotten C2, and I it would be cool to see some input. I stasrted mine today, and thought I would keep a log.

I took 3 pre workout, and I had a very good workout. It was pretty amazing, I remember the cAMP how I loved it for the feeling of well being and focus. I immediately got that back today, and it carried over into work. Seemed with the cAMP it took a bit before this phenomenom started.

I will see tomorrow a bit more clearly on this issue, as it is a day off from the gym, so I will see how clarity and focus is.

Today for a workout was an all arm day, biceps/triceps and abs. Lowered my weights a bit for clean reps, last week I upped them and used some "cheat" for a power type workout. Today was strictly bodybuilding at its finest, nothing but clean, positive reps. No swaying, swinging, using momentum, etc. My arms were pumped.

Here is how it went....

Standing Olympic bar curls.....80x10,90x10,100x7,105x6
Lying cable curls.....80x9,90x5
Single arm isolation curls.....35x9,35x10
Preacher hammer curls.....60x10,60x10,70x9

Hammer bar incline extensions....60x12,60x12,70x9,70x9
Seated dip machine.....330x12,350x12,350x12
Seated dip machine facing seat....300x10
Pressdown machine(position 3 overload beginning....plate weight)...45x10,90x6,90x5

Followed up with a nice ab workout.

Yesterday was an off day, so not much to report. Felt fine, very "on".

I am going to start the new product from USP, the Beta I spoke of in another post. So, I may discontinue this log, and start one tomorrow on it. I think most know now about cAMP and C2, that it is a quality product and works.

It may be better served to do the Beta test log for all to follow along with and see how I react to it.

Hey Ron - I got their email about the Beta sale but I've been more than satisfied with the cAMP and C2. I had originally planned to cycle off of everything after 30 days but when I took a good look at the progress, I decided to see what happened after 90 days. For the casual but serious (is there any such animal?) workout person, this stuff works. My body weight is exactly where it was when I started taking cAMP but I had to dig some of my size 32 pants out of the closet. I was wearing 34's when I started and that was the result of eating MRE's for many months. When I started, I was right at 190 lbs and as of this evening, it's right on 194 (a good thing as I was trying for lean gains after a cut). Very visible abs and the muscle tone is like it was a couple of years ago on a very intense cycle. I've been keeping a rough journal but I'll let you know what the "average" person can expect after 5 months.

Yeah, Mike, I have found that unlike some other supplements that is as you begin you have some results, and then it tapers off, with cAMP the longer you do it, the more benefit you get from it.

after 2 weeks I will increase every dose by one cap..(except Creatine)
