Caffeine doesn't take the effect away from the creatine BUT caffeine tend to dehydrate the body AND you need more water when taking creatine.
Of course you'll not have any direct problems but if you are not drinking at least 1/2 liter water with this then you'll loose some of the good results with the creatine (no need to throw out money of the window.... :)
