rest, a healthy diet and lots of water.
I don't know that any specific supplement improves healing time. make sure to take a multi-vitamin and eat plenty of lean protein and good fats.
Do you mean a muscle tear or strain or just the general damage from working out?

loss of muscle on right leg(above ankle)
This loss of muscle was the result of tight glutes.
The tight glutes made me walk slightly to the left.

So it is more like atrophy from disuse or just a size difference due to imbalance?
Working out with both legs and focusing on using both legs with equal force should force that leg to play catch up and build some muscle, you may experience a lot of discomfort/pain during the adjustment period because all of your joints/muscles will be out of alignment from the imbalance. Focus on recovering movement and range of motion through squats, stretches, wlaking patterns.
