I have been doing cardio along with my workouts 4 days a week and a few weeks ago I really strained my calf on the treadmill (perhaps from not stretching enough). I tried alternating heat and ice and didn't do anything with it for week. It was feeling great and after stretching,I pulled it again. Have been stretching lots. Any suggestions?
