I just signed up a couple of days ago and one of my lifts calls for a calf machine in which I dont have. Can I sub it with free weights and record it in my datdbase some how? If so, how do I change it?

Get a 2x12, hold a couple DB's, and do calf raises on the 2x12. Good luck and welcome to the FT!
